In connection with this plan and good intentions, students of the Faculty of “Economics of Industry and Artificial Intelligence” of the Department of “Management” specialty 570102 – “Environmental Management and Audit in Industry” of the Department of Environmental Protection of the Sughd region met with officials of the region, who reported this information to the department, head of the department of management N.I.I. This meeting was held with the support of the leadership of the institute and the initiative of the head of the management department N.I.I. Answering questions, Sobirov Kh., in particular, he said that several years ago the Department of Environmental Protection of the Sughd region purchased equipment “Ecotrom-2” for the disinfection of mercury-containing lamps. The installation of this equipment at JSC “Charog” in the city of Isfara made it possible to recycle 135,000 units of mercury lamps.
Then the chief specialist of the department of state control over the use and protection of water resources Radjabov R. spoke about the activities of the department for control over surface and ground waters on the basis of the requirements of the Water Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and answered questions. It was noted that enterprises must obtain a permit for special water use if they use vertical wells.
From this useful meeting, students received a lot of useful information, and some of them asked to do pre-graduation practice within the Department of Environmental Protection of the Sughd region or its branches in cities and districts.
