General information
The sector of education quality management is an integral part of the education management of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan.
The sector is guided by the regulatory documents of the Agency for Control in Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, decisions of the Academic Council of the Institute and regulations on quality management in education.
The main goals and objectives of the sector
Sector for quality management of education at the institute with the aim of organizing control, analysis, identifying the real situation and prospects for improving the quality of training of highly qualified specialists who are competitive in the domestic and foreign labor market;
Quality management of education in the form of monitoring the quality of the education system and identifying problems associated with improving the quality of education;
Collection, processing, storage and dissemination of information to determine the rating of teachers, departments and faculties;
Development of programs for monitoring the quality of training of specialists in specialized areas (specialties) of the institute, depending on different levels (bachelor, specialist, master, doctor of philosophy) at the institute.
Improving the quality of educational programs in the direction (specialty) of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan in order to ensure their compliance with the requirements of international higher education standards.
Monitoring the activities of teachers and departments for the development of teaching materials (programs), teaching aids, guidelines, presentations and determining their content in accordance with the requirements of state higher education standards and plans.
Sector activities
Development of regulatory requirements for the teachers of the institute when they exercise control and assess the level of knowledge of students and their competence;
Analysis and assessment of the quality of lectures, practical classes, laboratory, seminars and independent work of students under the guidance of a teacher;
Regular and objective analysis of the educational process and the degree of mastering of the curriculum by students in accordance with the requirements of state standards of higher education and curricula;
Creation of a database using the Internet, electronic library, etc. to monitor the quality of education.
Participation in the professional certification of teachers of active specialties of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan.
Conducting various surveys among students and teachers of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan to identify problems in the educational process;
Development and application of modern methods of quality control and analysis of education;
Preparation of quarterly data and reports to the Agency for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;
