Today, a press conference was held at the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan with the participation of media representatives.
First, the rector of the institute, Professor Bakhtiyor Mahmadali, spoke about the activities of the institute for the first six months of the year, and then answered questions from journalists.
It was emphasized that in order to improve the quality of education, 430 open lessons were held during the reporting period, 19 teachers underwent advanced training.
At the same time, during the reporting period, the Department of Education and Public Relations carried out more than 63 explanatory events with the participation of veterans and specialists in order to prevent youth from joining extremist parties and movements, increase the national self-awareness of students, increase the sense of patriotism, recognize national values and educate people .
In order to attract young people to play sports and lead a healthy lifestyle, the department for work with youth and sports of the institute held sports competitions 18 times. Also, 43 meetings and meetings were held with students to improve morality and culture, develop healthy and creative thinking.
During a press conference, the rector of the institute, Professor Bakhtiyor Mahmadali, said that this year 467 people graduated from the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan, of which 92 people who studied on a budgetary basis were provided with jobs in 65 industrial enterprises.
We remind you that the institute cooperates with more than 75 industrial enterprises, and graduates of this school work at these enterprises.
It must be emphasized that graduates of the institute, in addition to working at domestic industrial enterprises, also work at industrial enterprises in the CIS as specialists with a diploma from the Ministry of Education and Culture and receive high salaries. More than 125 graduates of the institute work in the oil and gas company Uzbekinvest alone.
The Board of the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan, dedicated to the years of industrial development, decided to contribute to this direction by training entrepreneurs and smart specialists, as well as to complete a number of works on training specialists.
This year, the Tajik-Chinese Educational Center began operating at the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan.
